Myself Arvind Goyal S/o Mr. Kishanlal Agarwal from gurgaon.I had applied for a Medicalim policy for my father from icici lombrad.At the time of Policy i was advised to make the payment thru credit card.

As i did not have credit card ,ICICI Executive (Rahul 09710666234)
advised me to make payment from my friend’s credit card.So i made a payment of re.14,460 on 25th feb 2010 thru my friend Rakesh Dubey’s credit card no. HDFC BANK 4050282001718043 ,exp date april 2012.

Now i got the policy hard copy (Policy no.- 4034i/FPP/05174904/00/000) but the proposer name is my friend’s name i.e. Rakesh Dubey & all other documents also have the same name.

As i have to use the TAX benefits of this policy but as the documents are with name of Rakesh Dubey i can not use the same & this policy is useless for me.

I sent my residence proofs for icici checks & requested to ICICI Lombard to change the proposer’s name in the policy but they denied to do the same.in this case i have lost my 14,460 rs & ICICIC lombard cheated with me.I have been chasing with ICICI Lomabrad executives everyday but nothing has been done.because of that i have been suffering from mentally harrashment.Please help & try to get my money back from ICICI as i want to cancel the policy .
