I have a Airtel connection.

Three days back i got a mess. to renew or stop the Friend to chat services requst from Airtel.

I have requested to Stop the serivces and message was sent to 121 as per the Airtel information…today morning 30 rs. has been charged to me whereas, i told to Stop the servies….

I have called on air tel no. 121 and spoken to Mr. Srinivsan in the morning and now few min. back i spoke to Mr. Ram. Both of these executives i have explained my concerns..

In the morning.Mr. Srinivsan told that rs. 30 will be refund to you within 1 hours time. [Problem still not resoved it is now 9;35PM ]

Few minutes back i spoke to Mr. Ram and i have explained him the entire story and he has disconnected the Line purposuly. [This is services]

You are requested to please look inot the matter seriously..
