I have ordered a pair of flux shoes on www.100bestbuy.com on 23 Nov 2013,It is 10 days since I have made the order till now i have not received the product,even though I sent a mail two times they are saying it is in the process,It is given on their website that poduct will be dispatched in 1 week time,even when I called them they told the same thing that it takes 7 or 8 days.I am very much irritated and wasting my time by making me think about it all the time.

I want you to take proper action on them and request you to compensate me with the amount incurred in purchasing the product and for my mental disturbances
