I wanted to deliver rakhi to my family in India at chandigarh so I googled and came accross http://www.chandigarhflorist.com/. I clicked on the Same day delivery button and made 2 orders on 17Aug, the website on the payment page asked me for desired date of delivery which I entered 17 Aug. I emailed them to verify details and delivery date, they replied back saying it wont be delivered in the same day, I asked them to cancel my order within next few hours of the purchase but they emailed saying the “cancellation is not possible now”. Its Wednesday today and the gift items have still not be delivered.
I would like an immediate cancellation and a refund. I would like them to change the content of their website. I think they already changed lot of there content when I asked them to cancel. Lot of menu items were gone. I am really upset. I am going to contact Australian authorities if no action is taken.
