I had ordered flowers to be delivered to an east Delhi address on 17th august, 2013. But I got an email from www.fnp.com that the address provided is incomplete/incorrect which is baseless as the same day, www.snapdeal.com delivered an order on the same address. And on the same address I am receiving couriers regularly without any problem. Since I had already made the payment, I am demanding a refund. But www.fnp.com is not replying to any of my emails. My order no. Is 701569532 dated 17.08.2013. Complaint no. Is 284050 to which they have stopped replying now.

I want the refund of my order as they never delivered.
