www.infibeam.com – faulty printer sold refund my money

Hello Officer, 1) I have purchased Brother Multi Function Laser Printer MODEL DCP- 7065 (Sr. No. is EC9895C3N328129) from online shop called www. Infibeam.com. It is an auto. duplex laser printer (Prints on both the said of paper automatically ). it also has feature of scanner and copier. This printer is purchased especially purchased for duplex printing feature. 2) I have purchased the said laser printer from online shop called www.infibeam.com. for Rs.11828.00/- by making online payment through my ICICI Bank Account in 4th July 2011 and the transaction entry is reflected in my bank statement. Also www.infibeam.com has acknowledged the payment made and order booked by sending email to my email id at abhimanyu.altekar@gmail.com immediately. 3) From the day of delivery(16Th July 2013) it is noticed that the printer is unable to print in duplex mode and there is a problem of paper jam ( Paper stuck inside and torn ) while printing in duplex mode. So product has failed to solve the purpose of duplex printing for which it is purchased. 4) After making follow up the manufacturer(Brother India) managed to send one engineer who visited at my residence and tried to repair the said faulty product. In his presence the printer worked fine and printed about 25 pages in duplex mode. But later it has started the same problem again. Further more it is also noticed even after having no papers in paper tray it gives error of paper jammed which indicates that printer has multiple problems. Till this moment the seller www.infibeam.com was not bothered about my complaint but they woke up on Sunday 10th August 2013 and some officer from them called about my complaint. I informed them one engineer is about to visit from/ on behalf Brother India so he said to inform them once the problem is resolved. Later after contacting to Brother India the same engineer contacted me on phone and given appointment two times i.e. on 11th and 13th August 2013 but did not visit to resolve and his phone was not reachable when I tried to call him. I say that, the printer is purchased for officer work of Adv. Meena N. Rao and all legal matters printing task is stuck / incomplete and we have to get our printouts from cyber-caffee at heavy rate of Rs.4 to 5 per page. We have many times contacted seller and manufacturer but they have failed to resolve the problem. We wish that the said printer should be replaced by either seller or manufacturer as faulty product was delivered to us. Expecting fast action from your end in the Interest of Justice and Consumer’s Right.
