I have made a recharge for my prepaid mobile 9062918233 of Rs. 200 from the website www.pay.airtel.com using netbanking. The transaction was successful but actually my mobile was not recharged. Then I called their customer care to lodge the complain. They promised to resolve it within the next day. Next day they sent a sms saying that they were trying to contact me though they never called me. Then I tried to call them few times. Every time they hold my call for some time and then it get disconnected. They also deduct money from my balance for every call.
I want my money I spent and compensation for the cheating and harassment they are doing to me.
