on 19/12/2013 One call came today from +911204957430 and told that since i have got no job from naukri.com they want to refund my amount immediately and suggested to open the website www.roozgaar.com and proceed to pay rs 4100 first,then they told to pay rs 19660 and then rs 15954 and when i asked them why i should pay to refund back my money they told that it is for verification purpose only. Even the executive have given the number 9873548445 and name Pankaj Ahuja. I immediately mailed to the info@roozgaar.com writing all the details about it on 19/12/2013. After that, customer care representative called me from mobile number 9211725971 and assured that my money will be refunded with in 7 days and they sent the confirmation mail to refund my money. on 23/12/2013,one mail came that as follows (Dear Customer, We have already initiated the refund through Payment Gateway & the same would reflect in your account within 3-4 days. We would ask our service team not to process the further services. Regards, Team Roozgaar) Today is 31/12/2013 but no money has been refunded till now and they are not picking up the phone. Even my call is being disconnected by them. Though i have done mistake but according to their policy i already asked my refund my money within 24 hours.so my cancellation of their service is according their rule. I request you to interfere in the matter and refund my money.
