First of all the retail website from which I bought my product is not listed on your website so apologies for selecting some random brand. I bought a Spice-Mi1010 Tablet from their site www.saholic.com Later I have found out that one of the hardware feature i.e. Integrated GPS is missing despite mentioning in the specifications on their website. When I got to know about it I contacted them and checked their website again. To my surprise it was a typing mistake on their website that they have rectified lately. They refused to accept this fact while I am pretty sure about it as I always save a screenshot of what I buy. I sent them that screenshot of that time as well as of some other instances where they have done the similar mistake and has not rectified it even now to prove my point. A few people has also talked about it on forums. After the email of the screenshots they stopped replying me. It’s been 10 months since I am trying to get my money back.
I would like them to take the product back return me the cost along with interest as well as compensate me for the time and mental efforts that I have wasted so far.
