I had bought 2 products from www.satvikshop.com. But only one product is received. I had called many times but they always says that they are looking into issues. I had registered compliant to them on 11 March 13. They never dispatched my product nor they are refunding my money. i had called them many times and there is no proper answer. Please help me. I will never trade with them in future nor recommend anyone. Thanks, Vinod
