Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked Electric kettle (Prestige) online on “http://www.timtara.com” on 12-12-2012. I had paid the money (Rs 599/=) too at the time of booking. But up till now I have not received my product. I contacted so many times but every time I was assured that the product will be delivered soon. When I insisted again then they told me that the booking will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 10-20 days. This means a total of approx two months they have wasted of mine. I request your good self please look into this matter and help me to know as to why they kept me in dark for this much time. Hope my grievance will be sorted out soon.
