I have ordered Nokia lumia 620 (Black) from http://www.tradus.com/ on 2/08/2013 (Net Amount : Rs. 11912 , order id:10237630),payment was done on order date through credit card.It was promised that my order will delivered to me by 17th August 2013. Order is not delivered even though its 5 day past promised date. When i call to customer service no at tradus then initially got no response , i even write email also but did not found any response. After trying againg and again sometimes they received my call and told they they gave one couriou services no FirstFlight #O99624676 saying that i will be recieving within 2 days. Courior services (FirstFlight) used to take 16 – 20 minutes to receive the call and they were telling to call again and again. Some time they told me that my consignment no O99624676 is got meshed up and need to talk his manager. Now i have no option to get my phone but reporting to Consumer affairs.
