Hello, I like to draw your kind attention that I ordered for “Portable Laptop Stand Foldable e Table With 2 USB Cooling Fans” (order number 10275013_01) on 05/08/2013 in www.tradus.in. The product was delivered on 19/08/2013 to me without invoice. I sent a mail to the seller (ARTA BROCH CERAMICS PVT.LTD, Mumbai, Maharashtra) under tradus.com asking invoice, but they are not replying me. While I’m asking for invoice from “tradus.in”, they asked me to wait 3 days. However, after that duration, they are also not replying me. I like to bring it to your notice that same thing was done bu tradus.com in past as well. That time they harrased me alot and I raised complaint to you. After that they sent me the invoice and assured me that this would not repeat. Unfortunately, they have not inproved their service. Why should I get any product without invoice? What is a guarantee that in future they’ll not repeat the same? As a normal citizen of India, I know that If I buy any product I have right to have invoice for the same. Please correct me if I’m wrong. If I’m right, then please take action toward such business in India. It is very unfortunate that you are not taking action against such business even after the raising complaint to you. Thanks and Regards, Jnanendra

I need proper invoice for the product and complete remedy from such business so that in future none can sell product without proper invoice.
