I bought a xiaomi mi3 phone flipkart and xioami promised for services of phone for complete one year ,on 20 january 2015 i registered complaint with Xiaomi services people and also mailed the phone problem at the same time . First they promised me over the that they would send a new adaptor cable for charging issue and they dont have any solution for hanging issue of phone . 20th January onward my phone is in damaged condition ,no use at all . Now situation is this this Xiaomi company have no authenticate/representative to listen our complaints except thier Toll free number where i used to call for knowing the status of complaint .

I am not able to use my phone from more that 37 days ,i spent Rs 14000 to purchase this phone inclusive one year warranty of phone . By that means it is costing me one month less service period like they provided us 12 months service period out of which they have consumed 37 days means now services period becomes less than 11 months . 2.) what is use of this phone if it is hanging every now and than . Nutshell- lost of complete money which is Rs.14000.
