I brought a XOLO A 1000 for Rs. 14,000 in February 2013 from Magnet Mobiles, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai. It started giving charging issues within 1 month of purchase. So, I called XOLO care and they arranged for a pick up. The company does not provide any stand by phone. Then after repeated calls I got the mobile back after around 20 days. When I checked the phone the back camera was not working hence I again called them and the arranged for a pick up. This time i received the mobile back within 6 days. But again after 1 – 1.5 months I started facing the same charging issue. Now, again they want me to give the phone to the pick up guy. I am a practicing professional and not having phone for a few days causes business losses. Now, there is no doubt that it is a faulty piece. I want a fully functional piece without any defects and now I don’t want to be without the the phone for a day.
I want a new phone in which I don’t face any problem and which i can use it without any distress. Availability of a stand by phone in case the provision of the new phone may take time. Compensation for mental stress, expenses incurred and loss of income.
