I purchased Xolo A-700 Smart phone from Poorvika mobile ltd. on 20.03.2013 vide invoice No.22508 dated 20.03.2013. Due to defect found that not charging in mobile within 4 months period from the date of purchase, I approached Poorvika with the compliant and they received the mobile for service on dated 21.08.2013,but till date they not responding properly. Finally they told me that the same was lost somewhere.
I want any other new mobile from poorvika Ltd for the above cost or repayment of money Rs.10700/-paid by me.
