I bought xoloA500club on the date of 29/05/14. For the replacement of my lava iris 501. After buying this mobile I had faced many problem that automatic switch off and getting heat when using the mobile and touch problem, camera problem, and etc. I had given this mobile for more service for more than three times. They serviced my mobile for more than 10 Days for each service. But the mobile problem not resolved yet. In the service center we ask to replace the mobile but they are refused and said there is no fault in the mobile phone and it is a common problem happening in all xoloA500 club. My xolo phone imei no is 911360651608933 & 911360651608941. My bill number is UTN10243385. The service center also recommended to replace the mobile by the factory of xolo but refused it.

I need replacement of cell phone other than xolo or i need cash 7500rs that I paid for buying the cell phone.
