Today Morning at about 8:00 AM, My Mobile Phone XOLO Q1010i was lying on the Table and suddenly smoke started coming from the Mobile Phone with a hissing sound. Furnishing cloth got black on which the phone was kept and Rear Flip cover which was provided alongwith the product got badly burnt. It was quite dangerous to look at the scene as everyone got frightened to see the phone burning like this.

Had it been after half an hour between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM while on my way to duty, it would have been quite hazardous and dangerous to my life. I would recommend you to improve upon the safety features of your Mobile Phones to avoid any accidents and loss of human life. This type of incidents are quite dangerous and threat to human life.

I would again like to say that I should be provided with suitable replacement against my loss of Phone. (Please find attached Photograph of mobile phone in damaged condition & Bill Copy)
