Sir, i have bought xolo q 800 formobile cost Rs.11,500 last year ,the charger connector was gone,i took my mobile to mysore area authorized service center they told it is not under warranty,i paid and changed it ,again same problem in few months again i gave for service center & contacted xolo several times no use of it. finally because of poor service finally they told mother board was gone and i contacted xolo they said we cant do any thing after warranty period.but i don’t know how problem arrised in mother board,who will answer me properly. they simply aimed to sell mobiles not to service properly. xolo told service center to don’t sent 1 years old mobile to factory,simply ignore the customer. i got this words from service center.many times i contacted xolo they said that will register complaint but nothing happened till now for me. my imei no :911306750869488

Authorized Service centers opened my mobile and serviced,finally they are saying that board is in problem, For wasted my time and days several time they have to give proper answer. I need repair of mobile or otherwise replacement for mobile without delay.
