My son Shashank Sourabh purchased a xolo Q1010i from Balaji Traders, Hari Om Tower, Ranchi. After the purchase it started giving a constant humming sound while talking. He complained this to the Xolo care, Maxx mobile, Rospa tower, Ranchi and submitted his phone. But then also the problem doesn’t resolved, After some days it again started giving the same problem, Again he complained it in the Maxx care your authorized service center in Ranchi. After few months he got a problem of Phone shut down and gave the phone to maxx care in April and it got repaired. Now again its started giving the same humming sound . Now as he has shifted to jamshedpur i complained the same in JMV Enterprises,Bhalubasa, Jamshedpur on 28/05/2015 job sheet no 030. Today when i went to see the status of his mobile, i was told by Mr Amit Sing Ph no. 913554xxx, who is the in charge of Xolo Care that the imei number is not registered in there query system. Its too lethargic as a process and i am constantly facing one or the other problem. for your information the IMEI Numbers are : IMEI1: 911363601125826 IMEI2: 911363601325822 I am totally dissatisfied with your product and customer service so please act in some positive manner or i will be forced to take this case to Consumer Forum for the refund of RS. 11900 which was paid during purchase the mobile . I Discussed this concern with Mr. Narayan Choudhry who is the representative of Xolo Jharkhand on his mobile number 9771406ccc, he had insured me by sms that he will resolve the issue today . Please note this mobile is in warranty , Purchased on 10 July 2014 and is with your service center and down time of mobile is more than 50% due to the inferior quality and poor services rendered by your service centre
