Xolo mobile – customer care poor service

I bought xolo play around before 3 4 month. but during this month my headphone has stopped working. I registered my complain to the Xolo customer care on 10_Dec_2013. its around 1 month has gone but still i haven’t got a single positive reply from them. They provided my courier pickup service but till now i am just in waiting queue. Couple of time i did remind call but always i got single reply “sir within 24 working hour we will pick up your courier”. My Xolo Case Id – 310000175600.

I have a 6 month accessory warranty so i need to get my headphone change or repair as well compensation also because of around 10 time i remind him now i got fed up with the Xolo service. I hope u will give me positive reply.
