Xolo Mobile Customer Care / Service Center – Review

Dear Xolo Company I have purchased my Mobile XOLO A600 (IMEI no–911332301570458) from Sheetal Communication (Eazy Enterprises) on 27th April 2014 But there was some oliy spot (Liquid damaged by my child) on display but mobile was in good conditon .We used this mobile for 15 days because my wife was out of station for 15 days.When she returned Vapi then I was asked to dealer and he submitted my mobile as such conditon to your Vapi care on 27th May. Meantime(May be after 15 days of submission) there was call from your Vapi care to pay heavy charges which I denied and request him to return my mobile as such conditon.When I received my mobile today , it is in dead condtion. When myself & wife visited to your Vapi care, he suddenly shouted on us and denied to accpet our complaint. He replied us , he got the mobile in dead condition and Vapi dealer is saying it was in good condtion Today I have raised my complaint to Govt Consumer forrum and providing you complaint number as 523156 Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest Either you send me New piece of Mobile and repair my mobile and hand-over in good condtion Also I request you to proceed to take strict action against your Vapi Care who threatned /misbehaved /rudly behaved with me so that there will not be any misbehaivng with any future customer
