Dear Mr. Amit, I am a Xolo Q600S customer which was newly launched 4 months back from Xolo company. I have received Xolo Q600S on 10th June 2014 & got problem in screen on 28th June 2014. On 30th June 2014 I have submitted this mobile to service centre for repairing. It has been more than 45 days that I have been waiting for my mobile. I am writing to you after being tired of contacting Xolo service centre, Customer care & email to care@xolo.in. I have attached the scan copy of worksheet received from Xolo service center with this email. To brief out I have visited Xolo service centre 5 times, called customer care 4 times, put feedback every time I contacted customer care but till now no reply for those feedback to me. It means I almost spend 3000/-INR in follow-up with Xolo customer services. I have also sent an email to care@xolo.in with my query. The outcome of all these follow-up is nothing. There is no one who can tell me any estimated date based upon the kind of work/repair required to solve the mobile problem. I am just fed up with the kind of services Xolo is offering to their customers. As a last hope, I am writing this email to you to look into this matter on priority basis and provide a satisfactory solution. I have no option left other than going to consumer court for which I need to see the scope with some expert. I hope you understand the things very well now by going through above incidents. I would like to request company to return back my hard earned money with interest and money spend in follow up of the phone from service center, customer care and other authorities. If company does not have a good maintenance plan for products, it is really a big headache for customer.
