Dear Sir, I bought Xolo play x8-1100 handset on 08-feb,2015 with a good note of buying phone from a trusted mobile company. I used the phone throughout the day & next day i found that battery is not showing that backup as normally 2100 mAh do. Again i waited for 2 more days and found same battery drain problem. Post 3 days i called up xolo care central customer care no & tried to find the way out but got no proper revert from them. Later on i had called up for almost 3 days but could’nt get it resolved. Lastly,i had to rush to xolo authorized service centre (F1 Services) at charni road on 19th feb and they took n hour with some software upgrade to ensure i will not face more battery issue.
However,post that i came home. I was quite shocked once i realize that headphone is not audible,process got very slow,battery was draining at same pace,defective sounds took place, on the very next day ie. 20th feb,15 i went to this service centre and heard such a shocking newz about my xolo motherboard must have crashed and they will send it for repair for which i will get the same handset by 10-15 working days. Now,i am fail to understand and couldnt expect for such disgraceful reply from Xolo care even after serveral reminders through email and calls, they are asking me to come down to collect the repaired handset only with mother board replacement? I am fail to understand that where without even my fault,without even using phone that much,n knowing the fact that it was a mistake of that service centre for which they agreed that it was a defective piece, why i had been told that it will get repaired and not replaced?? This was very unprofessional behaviour which as a loyal client should not accept from such a renowned mobile giant like xolo. I would like to seek the management assistance to intervene and assist me in getting my defective piece replaced with new handset. Reference no from Xolo for this converation is: 90738
Due to this negligence, handset was completely defected as: 1) Process got very slow & delay in response of keys 2) Battery was still draining fast 3) Handsfree was not working (no sound) 4) Voice to receiver was not clear and haze 5) Keypad response was very slow
