I have given the handset with IMIE no: 911306750033721 on 24/11/14 and I was given the job order in a handwritten sheet with fake order number that was verified with XOLO, Mr. Mahesh. The next day I was given a printed sheet without mentioning the battery number. When I went to collect my handset with payment, they gave me with a worse battery and the service was not done as required. The phone looked very awkward in condition. They asked me to come after some time by getting the printed jobsheet. I complained the XOLO central service persons incharge Mr. Mahesh and Monika Agarwal. They could not get the problem resolved. Several emails were transpired between us. They were very insensitive and did not care about my phone. I refused to get the phone as it is missing battery and not serviced properly.

I require the phone with original parts replaced without flaws and Rs. 8999/- as compensation and Rs. 2000/- for my mental agony or a same new phone
