Xolo Mobile Quality Issues – No Customer Care

Xolo Q1010i purchased on July 2014,from day of 2nd mobile shows auto drain out its battery till switch off.I have informed xolo care through mail many times also visited care center many times but waste. They are faulting me still my problem is as it is.

Mobile cost is 11300 as on purchase, still under warranty and no physical damage. I want to recover my expense at least 40000 Rs. From xolo company which I have lost to resolve this issue up to till date.
