I Purchased a Xolo mobile (model:Q3000) through ebay on 16.07.2014 and received it on 25.07.2014. When I kept my mobile on charge for the first time, It popped up an error “The temperature of your battery anomalies, please remove the battery and try again”. So, I canot charge the battery and I did not use my mobile till 27.07.2014.I went to the service center on 28.07.2014 and they rectified my problem. Again on 08.08.2014 my mobile screen is not working and I went to the same service center, they said that the mobile cannot be repaired by them and they have to send it to Noida for repair. On 23.08.2014, they called me and said – “The mobile cannot be repaired, we are replacing it with a new mobile”. I went to the service center on 23rd august and collected the mobile given by them and its performance is much worst than the earlier mobile. I beared with that mobile and finally in November the problem increased much. It is automatically getting switched off. So, out of options, i went to the service center on 18.11.2014 and reported the same. They said that they have to send the mobile to Noida again. On 29.11.2014, I got a call saying that my mobile is ready and i have to collect it from them. I went to collect my mobile and after looking at that, i got shocked. My mobile was physically damaged by them and i reported the same. I did not accept my mobile and asked them to create a new job sheet stating that my mobile has been physically damaged. They called me again on 28.12.2014 and said that the mobile is ready and they gave me the same physically damaged mobile again. Now in January first week, iam again facing the problem.
I’m not ready to accept any mobile from them. I’m ready to return my mobile along with all the accessories and i want my money back. Total relief required – Rs.20134 16100 for invoice amount 434 for travelling charges 3600 (1200* 3 days earned leave pay)
