I bought a xolo a1000 in february 2013 and in march 2013 i sent my mobile to Bangalore service center. Meanwhile i called many times to the service representatives but none responded correctly. It has been 13 months now that i have sent my phone every time i call the customer care they use to say that the phone is under repairing condition but not yet repaired. Kindly take strictest possible action against Xolo Mobiles.

I purchased a xolo q 1000 opus phone for the date of 5/2/2014 after 15 days touch not working properly. I submitted my cell in Chandigarh service center and he sent my phone to Delhi. After 15 day a receive my phone but fault is not addressed. I told the service center employee and he said they are sending the phone again to Delhi for 15 days. I belong to himachal & chandigarh is 300 km away from my location i travel your service center 3 time but i can’t find a solution so please tell me what i do now regarding xolo care poor service & not treatable service.
