Sir i buy a brand new Xolo Q 1000 phone on 23/9/2013 in my name from Wadhwa Mobile care,Near Apex Hospital ,Circular Road Sirsa (Haryana) against IMEI no 911310 200046150, 911310 200046168, I am using this phone
and facing problem of heating (while charging & Using Phone) and Display flickering since i buy this phone.I Visited many time in many service centers but they don’t give a reasonable answer.then on 10-5-2014 i go to service center as the phone have many problems like (heating Problem,Display Flickering ,Auto on/off, Incoming Voice
Problem & Ringer Also)That is mentioned in my job sheet number or work-order number-310000421828 in Durga
Communication.SCO-371,372,373,First Floor Cabin 5,Chandigarh -160022.

They told me that phone has to be send to Noida and phone will come back from 7-10 days,after 10 days i call Xolo care and they told me that its under repair and will come back in very short span within a week i said ok after 1 week i go there again and they said that still under repairing then i asked them to call some senior person of
this office they give number of Mr Nitish Bharadwaj (Territory Head of Punjab/ Chandigarh Circle) /8437711009.I called many times to Mr.Nitish but that person at a high level give me such excuses that phone will come on monday then friday then monday again and again .they told me that the display is to be change and you will receive phone shortly, I used to call xolo care service center (Durga Communication) on phone number 01724606322.every day and Mr Rahul (the technical person of that care center-9872914322) and Mr Nitish Bharadwaj but every one is
giving excuses from the past 50 days but i did’nt recive my phone yet.then i called Mr Gaurav Kappor (Contry head) and they give me number of Mr Amit(Head of punjab ) and Chandigarh between i called many times to Toll free no – 1800-30-100-104 and ask the executive to check the status and every time i didn’t receive my phone since its 43
rd day i am fed up of this as i am suffering from this service.

Kindly resolve the problem,Otherwise i have to go through legal process.
