Xolo – no one is responding for the mobile status.

I submitted my mobile for the reapir, they taken more then 15days to reapir back @ first time. After 2 to 3 days again the mobile is not working properly,due to major defect in the after repair, so i asked them why you not done proper repair, they suggested me to sumbit the device for secound repair, so the device is not repairable condition and no one is responding on phone and email for the mobile status.

I request you to do not waste my warranty periods and I request you to go for the device replacement immediately. I don’t want to them to do again same repair on the same device, I believe that the device may not work after multiple repairs.
