Xolo – not able to provide right status center

Dear Customer care, I am writing this mail with a disappointment from Xolo care. I have submitted my mobile at Xolo care- Gwalior on 15 march 14. Now after 23 days nobody at service center nither Xolo customer care call center able to provide the right status of my mobile. They just say that your mobile is sent to company & we are not able to provide the expected time to resolve your mobile problem. when i call to xolo customer care even they are not able to provide right status they just told that mobile is at service end sorry we are not able to provied the status. my mobile detail & work order no. are given below: Workorder no. :310000303132 Submit date : 15 March 2014 Model Name : X910 IMEI no. 911246800022011 Problem Descripition : ON OFF KAY PROBLEM

my mobile is in warranty period, and i am not using mobile due to no service from 40 days. i want my mobile back with fix of service problem from lava (xolo) mobiles.
