Xolo – Poor After Sales service

With reference to my complaint # 3100000 88588 registered on 2nd August 2013 in Xolo customer care (1800 30 100 104) against mobile XOLO Q1000 containing IMEI-1 # 911310200118116, I haven’t received the repaired handset even after 16 days. I submitted the faulty handset on 3rd August at Xolo collection point situated at Dwarka (Address: Red Marketing Services, Address – Plot No – 83, Patel Garden Extn, , Delhi). After submitting the handset, I haven’t received it even on 19th Aug. Even there is no timeline has been provided by the customer care team for giving me the repaired handset. I have fed up with the response of the customer care team.

Want the repaired handset ASAP and want an appropriate action against company for their bad after sales service.
