I am using xolo q 800, mobile smartphone bearing imei no 911306750493065 . it worked fine for 6 months after that my handset charging pin got broke when I removed charger from handset jack. I dont know y these chinese use such a low quality product. if at all they used why these service centers are considering that as a physical damage and skipping it to be fixed as my handset is in warranty period. Not even a single scratch is there in my handset. they should first see the condition of phone then come to conclusion to say it as physical damage. Xolo has waste service center. Dont rely on these service center they wont do any thibng for free even though u have warranty. XOLO SERVICE CENTER = GARBAGE CENTER
