XOLO Q1000 mobile – Not providing replacement or Dead on arrival certificate

I have purchased XOLO Q1000 Opus phone from Indiatimes shopping on 15/01/2014 it was delivered to me on 17/01/2014 when i checked the signal of in the phone not at all coming. I contacted Xolo care by email the same day on 17th they did not replied on 18 saying to reset the phone and try with other SIM.I tried everything they said but no use.I contacted Indiatimes for replacement or refund they told to get Dead on arrival from xolo service centre. I went to XOLO Service center today and got it checked it up they told Hardware problem.I asked for a DOA certificate for this they refused saying i am late DOA can be provided only within 7 days from the invoice date ie 15/01/2014 including sunday 7 days is unfair.Moreover i received the product on 17/01/2014 evening how would i know if it has a problem before it reaches me. And this condition is not mentioned anywhere on the box or booklet provided with the box. After discussing these things with them they did not oblige and i was forced to give it for servicing. I asked when it will be returned they told minimum 15 to 20 working days (excluding all holidays ,saturdays and sundays).There is no upper limit for there service. What i expect is since i received a defective product ,l need a replacement or refund of the product. Details for your reference.
