Xolo Q800 mobile – charging and screen related issue poor service from centre

sir/madam, myself sagar auti phone IMEI 911306750133711 Model xolo Q800 submitted the phone to the service center on 9 dec 2013 because of some charging n screen related problem to malad service center, yet not got the phone back still more than a month. phone is in warranty repair. service center address: D.M.Teleservices Shop no.203, 2nd Floor, Vaishali shopping center, Near Natraj Market, S.V.Road,Malad West, Mumbai – 400064, Tel:9223503594 submitted on: 9 dec 2013 visited on : 25 dec (not repaired, got next date) visited on: 6 jan 2014(not repaired, got next date) visited on: 18 jan(still not repaired got next date 23 jan)…. still not known if i will get the phone on next date called to xolo toll free no and they says phone is repaired on 24 dec……..visited to service center they giving be the next n next date…… so i have no way left other than complaining to you. i have e-mail of regional manager of xolo: Miss Monika Agrwal monika.agrawal@lavainternational.in ple. try to get my phone back repaired attaching the job sheet image

just get my phone back repaired/ replace, as soon as possible……because i have waited a lot for the phone to get repair.
