Myself Atul Dhawan from Muktsar (60 KMs from Bathinda). I tendered my Smartphone Xolo Q1011 to Vintage Communication, Bathinda on 12th August, 2015 with some Battery Problem. Mr. Sahil Gupta Prop. of the centre assured the resolution within a week. His Mobile No. is 9463341008 but he never attends the call. I have sent person to him at Bathinda four times from Muktsar. I has already cost me Rs. 800/- . Today on 08.09.2015 i have sent a person to him but he said “I have ordered Battery to the Company but not received so far” My Job No. is 11369 dt. 12.08.2015. Kindly resolve my issue at priority as i have already spent additional cost of Rs. 800/- for repairs & moreover i Have to pay actual bill also.
