Hi, I decided to shift from Gurgaon to Hyderabad due to job change. So, I called up JustDial to get few Packers & Movers. One of the call I get was from Xpress Packers & Movers. The person with whom I talked from that company introduced himself as Mukesh and his mobile No. 9990656xxx. He sent a mini van and loaded five items on 29 July 2014. They provided me receipt also which I have attached here. After almost two month I haven’t received my packages. I called up Mukesh whose number is switched off. Then I called up two numbers on the receipt. One number is 9953459xxx which is also switched off then there is another number 9953458xxx which is still working. When I call this number the person sometimes tell me it’s already in Hyderabad, sometimes he tells me its in Bangalore and sometime he tells that its still in Gurgaon office. Most of the time this number is either switched off or no body picks the call. This person also gave me another number of Bangalore office and asked to call Sandeep whose number is 9900036xxx from the same company. Sandeep told me that he doesn’t have any package and asked to call Gurgaon Office again. I understood that these people are cheating their innocent customers. Please help me in getting back my items.
