Subject: Refund after the cancellation of spicejet flight round trip from Bangalore – Ahmedabad Yatra Booking Reference # 05121417141 Spicejet PNR # A19P2Y. Spicejet has refunded my amount Rs 33600 after the cancellation of the flight. They are asking me to contact agent for collecting the refund. I have trying to reach yatra.com via email but every time they are sending me an automated mail stating that my tickets are still confirmed. How is it possible when spicejet itself have send me an email regarding the cancellation of the flight 10 Days back. Yatra.com is not taking any initiative to refund my money after the cancellation.

Refund of Rs 336000 as well as the difference when I will make a new booking from their site for Bangalore – Ahmedabad for the duration of 14th to 18th Jan 2015 for 3 Full Tickets.
