This is in connection to a sum of Rs. 6347 which was refunded from yatra.com but not yet credited in my SBI account. This amount was sent by yatra via ccavenue service. CCAVENUE have not yet transfered the amount in my SBI account. Here are the details that I have collected from yatra, SBI and ccavenue. details from Yatra: Transaction Type Order ID and Settlement Date of Refund: 010711129679-1352272924999 28-Oct-13 Date and time of Transaction : 2013-10-25 10:58:47 Amount Payable : 6347 Amount Bank Order No.: CCA12KDRO171 These are the details. Further, I contacted my SBI branch (at Canchipur, Manipur) and they told me that the transaction had been done with ccavenue and so they told me to contact ccavenue. I contacted ccavenue with Bank Order No.: CCA12KDRO171 and they told me that auto refund failed and they were trying for a manual refund. But still they are not doing anything but wasting my time and money. Please help me to solve with this issue with ccavenue.

I want the refund amount and money wasted for emails and telephone calls.
