Sir, I booked three tickets for Mumbai darshan through Red Bus.in vide PNR No-CARRCQV87744339-MH04G-3737 by payment of Rs790.00 by carnival travels.The booking was periodically cofirmed by the service agency through 5 nos of SMS’s The Boarding point was fixed at R.K.Hotel, S.V.Road, Opp to S.Stop Andheri (west) Mumbai. We were 5 passengers waiting for the same bus. The bus did not come to the particular spot but advised us to come to “shrine” a place not known to us or else we were advised to cancel the tickets. Compensation for the above for Rs20000.00 towards Physical , Mental torture of self and family. Waste of time and energy that has been planned for the tour
