Yebhi.Com Defected Product No Refund Offered

I purchased an adidas sports shoes from Yebhi.com worth INR 3099/- on 12/4/2012. When I received the item it had a manufacturing defect. As per the company policy I was eligible for either a full refund in cash or a replacement of the product. I opted for the replacement but the replacement product was the same shoe with same manufacturing defect. I returned the second pair as well (return order YRO2831195). The yebhi person who came for collection also mentioned that I should not have opted for a replacement as the same item is being sent back in most of the cases. When the second pair of shoe was returned on 12/04/2012, I asked for a refund as I bought the shoe from some other retailer but the company refused to provide a cash refund and asked for a replacement citing the company policy. I believe since the shoe had manufacturing defect I have the right to claim for a cash refund. I also checked the company refund policy but it is not mentioned that cash refund will not be offered if returned 2nd time. http://www.yebhi.com/CustomerService.aspx

I had to spend double the amount to buy one pair of shoe since yebhi.com is not willing to refund my money. I am losing interest on my money as well as paying interest on my credit card. I have called them several times (making STD calls) and every time the customer care executive assures me of a call back from the yebhi.com office but nothing has happened so far. I had to rush from my office to home just to returned the product twice that was also uncomfortable to me.

As a consumer, I want full refund with interest (since the product had a manufacturing defect), credit card interest on my bill and damage for my phone calls, fuel expenditure in rushing from office to home and the damage for mental harassment caused due to this incident.
