Note: The below dates are approx. date as my account on yepme.com has been deleted my them. I had ordered for a pair of shoes on 29 June 2014. I got it delivered after 7-10 days and due to size issue I had sent the shoes back to them via private courier very next day. They have confirmed the receipt of shoes that I had returned and have sent a coupon of Rs. 150 for courier charges as per their policy. I have call the customer care 10-12 times asking for refund and every time they make a false promise of the money refunded in 3-4 working days. Its been a more than a month and till now I have not received any refund. Also they don’t have proper phones lines and it keeps charging 10 – 20 Rs. every time I call them. Also when ever I ask them to connect the call to Supervisor/Manager, they make invalid statements. These days such e-commerce website in India has made a business of cheating people. I request you please take necessary action to black list such websites cheating the customers hard earned money and making quick bucks.

My money should be refunded and my phone bills. And any other relief as per the Indian Consumer Law.
