I have booked a purchase order on Yepme.com on 13/12/2013 at 7 pm. My order no in 4478204 as per their call centre because I didn’t received any order no. I have paid through Emvantage’s online payment gateway to yepme.com a sum of Rs. 599.00 As per my attached bank statement it is clear that a sum of Rs. 599.00 transferred to Emvantage Payments Pvt Ltd A/c no 32794375003 on 13/12/2013. It is very sad and unfortunate that the yepme people are yet not supplied me the material saying that they have not received the payment. You are requested to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. A copy of my bank account is being attached here for your perusal. My mobile no is 9430890xxx
