Dear Sir/Madam, I have done a purchase on yepme.com site on 20.12.13 order no 4591972 i have place a request for refund on 25.12.13 because the order is not deliver to me & return back to yepme.com on 02.01.14 but form the 25.12.13 i have regularly chasing for my refund status but no one is giving the proper response just sending the below below message, “This is with reference to the complaint id “494521”. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. Warm Regards, Customer Support Team XII Yepme.com” I have call so many time to their customer care no 0120-48512520 also but the same answer is always please call in 2 days we are working on this. What should i do,I have still not received my refund ? Thanks Sanjeev
