I have placed an order (order no. 7752164) on 29 june 2014 and had paid Rs. 1078 by debit card. That order haven’t reached me till date. After multiple calls n complaints on their chargeable helpline they first misguide me as that your order will b dipatched within 5 days but at my 20th call their pathetic customer service executive told me that your order is cancelled as yepme haven’t got those items and are processing my refund without my consent. I want you to kindly make them to deliver my order or else return double of my money. I am very dissatisfied and mentally harassed by them…
