Yepme.com – Product not replaced no satisfactory response

I have online ordered a product from yepme.com my order No. is 5415032 on 11/02/2014. I have received the product on 14/02/2014. The product was not upto my expectation so i have filed an online replacement complaint(Complaint No. 570729) on 16/02/2014. I have sent the product to yepme.com on 20/02/2014 to the above given address. They have received the product on 24/02/2014. From 24/02/2014 till now date no action been taken from there side. I have filed many online complaints and also ranged many phones to them regarding my complaint but no satisfactory response been give from there side. I request you to please take severe action against them and grand me my replacement soon.

I want my replacement back within a week. And also my money which i have spend on calling them.
