Yepme.com – rejection of payment

I ordered a shoe pair on 5th of December from yepme.com .I made online payment through SBI NET BANKING .but after one day i checked the status of order , it shows as COD(CASH ON DELIVERY) .After that i called to their customer support number they said the payment was not received by their gateway and they told me to send bank statement to their mail address i sent it to their but after two or three days their reply came to me as there were no any attachment of bank statement received them .I again sent it but they keep saying that they didnt receive it. Cash is allready deducted from my account.please help me my order id is 4367744.

I want my refund for that order of rs.424 .as well as my expenses of rs.100 .
