i have ordered sandals in yepme as per their size guide and they mentioned uk size 4 is about 24.5cm to 25.5 cm .but when i recieved the product it was almost .5 cm less that is 23 cm sandal which dont fit the foot and i lost almost 300rs and when i asked to rectify they were not responding even kindly help to prevent others from this wrong product selling website

i want my product with right size mentioned or my money back.have to be punished for their bad behaviour
