This is a complain against “Yepme.com”. I bought a footwear from them on 21 Nov 2013 by SBI online banking with Order ID “4202755”. But there was a defect on the shoe and they reverse pick up the product for replacement. After some days due to unavailability of the product which I wanted they mailed me that I will be refunded. Initially I didn’t agreed to be refunded instead I wanted replacement and mailed them to send alternate product. But that also “got out of stock” and they again mailed me that I will be refunded.But till now even after more than 1 month of that mail I haven”t got the refund. 10 days back I called them, but each time like their mail reply they tell me I will be refunded on priority basis. Now,they are not responding to my mail even though I warned them that I am going to complain in consumer court.
I want full refund with compensation for the harassment in returning my money.
