Yes mart people threatened my family and forcefully took money. Extremely fucked up response and rude behavior from the Manager Vijay (96187XX688) and the rep who sold a 48 inch LED on 7/8/2015. sales rep Suresh (9908XX5525) and manager Mr Vijay. who promised to deliver the product on same day. right after the payment they denied to deliver on same day and skipped to next day early morning when I called up rep he didn’t responded to calls then I reached showroom phone and discussed with Vijay he informed it will be delivered by 12.30PM IST however then they missed it again.

I tried reaching them at 2.45pm they informed its on the way and will be reaching any time MAX in an hour I reached again at 4 pm which is 1.30min to check the status they informed its nearby and will reach in 30 min but as usual it didn’t kept their word. when I called in back again to check the status of delivery they provided me with delivery boy # and he don’t know the area and not willing to come. I conveyed the message to the showroom MR Vijay getting rude and behaved as these people are doing a favor to me and hung the phone and didn’t responded back. I did informed the technician from Samsung called me twice and he is waiting to get it installed. Mr Vijay informed it’s my responsibility to get it fixed at any cost today. I later called in showroom and asked to cancel and mr vijay agreed to it. I later called in showroom and asked to cancel and Mr. Vijay agreed to it. I humbly asked Vijay to cancel the order since they bluffed and wasted my time he agreed. Here comes the major Issue he didn’t asked the delivery boy to step back after the agreed to cancel my order. These people stood for 30 min at 7.30pm when they really delivered product and I am in office continuously communicating with Mr Vijay in cancelling and which was agreed, even after the clear instructions and agreement between me and the showroom people to cancel the order. They threatened my family took the money for a cancelled order. I strongly recommend not to visit this people since they are bunch of uneducated and morons working with least courtesy. Pratap
